Something absolutely incredible is happening. I registered with this company, placed a couple of regular bets on the top matches, and decided to withdraw my money (in cryptocurrency). First, they waited a whole day just to process my application, then the fun began. They requested a huge package of documents for verification. - photo of my passport or ID card - selfie with my passport and a piece of paper - proof of address - emails confirming account deposits - proof of e-wallet ownership - video of me nodding my head and pronouncing their company name And then, after all that, they started asking for the same files again, as if I hadn't uploaded them before. I don't know how long this will last or whether I'll ever withdraw my money, but it's complete trash. My nickname on their website is "eeeno" P.S. I haven't encountered anything like this at any other bookmaker. If you want to play peacefully and withdraw your money without any problems, this is definitely not the place for you.

Banned After Winning Grand for VPN Uss
I signed up and got a VPN because I went through Mikki Mase's funded gambling program, and that's what it directs you to do. I won a $20,000 grand and I went to redeem my money only for my account to first get locked and then banned for using a VPN. They don't care if you use a VPN if you lose, but theyll ban you and not payout when you win.

I only played on the site for 3 days and lost money, thanks Mikki. I'm not a sore loser, but I think the payouts on the site might be lower than others. There's no way to be sure, but I've played slots on other sites and have never experienced the low payouts I got on this site. Usually I get a decent hit that gives me some of my money back or a win something but on Kirgo, the bonuses just didn't hit when I was close to winning thousands a handful of times. I bought probably 30-50 bonuses and only one paid a 5x on a $40, and two paid a 2x. I'd probably say 10 paid me 0.5, the others paid less than $5 and I bought mostly $40-160 bonuses. I couldn't believe it was so bad. The UI is bad, I couldn't fullscreen many of the games and its just hard to figure out where things are. I would be able to count how many bonuses I bought but the site only tracks the last 50 bets smh. I also couldn't access many of the tables on evolution and pragmatic. Lastly, the rakeback and bonuses are always tied to a wager requirement and can't be immediately withdrawn like on other sites. If you cancel the wager requirement, you lose the bonus and all of your winning bets made with it. I'll just stick to Shuffle and Stake. The two star rating is only for the customer service I got, every time I contacted support and felt like I was talking to an actual person and they quickly solved my issues every time.

REFUSAL TO PAY
i have been waiting 5 days for a medium sized withdrawal. not something over $2000, but larger then $1500. ive been met with constant emails/live chat responses of another 24/48 hrs every time for support to have nothing occur. just constant messages about giving it more time. EDIT: i ended up getting paid 3 days into the week finally. received all of my funds however my account is still locked. I RECCOMEND PLAYING ON ANY OTHER SITE AS IT TOOK DAYS OF NO COMMUNICATION TO GET THIS. rainbet/stake have both treated me exceptionally well in comparison
