Unfortunately abysmal service!
Once we received the sales pitch received absolutely nothing- had to chase for photos, for text, getting info live, asked 5/6 times for head photo to be changed & 3 months later no change etc etc, a terrible market but you should still receive a decent service- received no communication….nothing. Would not use again, in the past they were great but not anymore. Sad!

Very poor service
Very poor service. We requested a valuation four months ago, but despite repeated phone calls and emails, we have received no response. Our attempts to follow up have been completely ignored. A total waste of our time and, based on our experience, they appear to have little interest in providing customer service or securing new business.

If only zero was a possible rating.
If only zero was a possible rating. Complete lack of respect for students and people in general. Yasemin Owen, was so rude and obnoxious to me and my friends when we decided to rent with King's Estate agents. Anything and everything we asked her to do was "too demanding" or too much "effort". She literally would sit there, giving dirty and condescending looks when you asked the simplest questions. Talk about being paid to do absolutely nothing. Another time I went in to sign some documents and she bluntly told me "I'm busy and the ticket on my car is going to run so you will have to wait". She barely acknowledged me as a person never mind as a client. I honestly care less that her ticket was going to run out that's not MY PROBLEM. That's a personal issue which should not be brought up as an excuse. Total lack of professionalism. Funny how they would be hot on your tail for rent, but it takes them 2 months to sort out a sink after 10 emails later. She's also tried to charge me fees for leaving despite the fact that another estate agent had said that as long as i found someone else, there would be no fees. She tried to ruin my credit rating. I basically did her JOB FOR HER! It's probably safe to say that she's disrespected many student/professionals that come to their agency. Someone needs to learn some manners. Update: they’re also trying to hide my Google review too - 2026.

Worst rental agency I ever had
Worst rental agency I ever had. In the beginning they were all smiles but when it came real problems in the house, they often ignored the tenents. When I left the property, they kept my deposit because another tenant trashed the place after I moved out.

Renters beware!
They never invited me to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Managed to get my deposit back through the scheme otherwise they would have got away with it. Scammers beware renters!
