Ik was fan, heb voor meer dan 200 euro aan producten gekocht alleen lekken de flesjes van sommige schoonmaakspullen na verloop van tijd. Niet handig als je een multipack set koopt die lange tijd goed moet blijven. De dopjes lijken weg te roesten. Na 2x de klantenservice gemaild te hebben krijg ik nog geen reactie.

The product is great
The product is great - I've had a subscription for over a year. However my credit card expired at some point and there was no notification or such to let me know. Would have been good to have been notified so I could fix quickly, ended up waiting on an order for 3 months with back and forth with the website.

To be honest I was initially attracted…
To be honest I was initially attracted to the free gift that arrived much later. However customer service was excellent ( Elisa ) and kept me informed. In the meantime they sent me a complimentary soap. I am subscribing to the Laundry Liquid and honestly it’s a very good product. So pleased to support this small company and delighted with my free gift .

Using Kinfill has been a positive…
Using Kinfill has been a positive experience for me, I ordered the kitchen snd bathroom cleaner, I love the scents I ordered and they do what they are supposed to. Customer service was fab as I had an issue with my free gift, which once received was beautiful, it is easy to reschedule my subscriptions and I got prompt confirmation of this - all in all I would recommend Kinfill 5* from me!

Bad user experience
I give 3 stars because I liked only the bottle design and colors, and the dish soap so far. Other products are not working (I've tried all of them); they don't clean anything, smell ok, but nothing special. And another thing is that you have to fill out a form/test for cancellation of your subscription and wait for its approval. This is so wrong, guys. Bad user experience and dark pattern.
