I wish we had started working with them sooner.
I started working with Killian and his team to help us improve our offer, build out our marketing assets and increase our sales. Within a couple weeks of working with them it was a apparent that we made the right choice. They helped us rework our offer, positioning and messaging so we could clearly communicate the value we provide and for who. My favorite part about working with them was their ability to understand our specific situation, diagnose the problem and prescribe a specific solution for what my team and I needed to take action on that week. The trainings and workbooks enabled my team to quickly take action on the projects and the team held us accountable for timely completion. My only regret is that I wish we had started working with them sooner. I highly recommend them.

Built a Real Team and Freed Up 20 Hours in 25 Days
Before joining Consistent Performance, I was stuck in client delivery with no clear path to getting out. My goal for the first milestone was to free up 20 hours of my time so I could fully focus on marketing and sales. In 25 days, I hired and onboarded two A-players, a Creative Strategist and a Media Buyer, in under three weeks. That only happened because of the structured hiring system CP teaches. Scorecards, application filtering, screening processes - everything was laid out. I received 256 applications across both roles and moved through the entire process with a clarity I didn't have before. Without that system, I would have either hired the wrong people or spent months figuring it out on my own. The support from Adele has been at a very high level throughout - clear, actionable, and focused on what actually moves the needle. I'm only in my second month and the business already looks different. Both hires start this month, which means I can finally step back from delivery and put my energy where it matters most. I spent more than 25k on coaching and…
I spent more than 25k on coaching and consulting with people that claim to help you scale to 100k/mo. But honestly the result was dissapointing because it always had one of 2 things: templates or group coaching. But it never lived up to ANYTHING that i experienced with Killian and Adele. The value here is insane: enough 1 on 1 time, daily consulting houres, proven systems and templates for litterally everything I need. Then even more group sessions for team, sales, marketing and operations. The value you get is 45x more than the cheaper versions (that are also costly). I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about scaling their agency every penny has been worth it. I was able to get clarity on my next steps, accountability, the systems i needed to scale and on top of that a great group of people!

Chaos started turning into clarity
Chaos started turning into clarity, and we finally began gaining momentum. I joined the CP program while our agency was generating around €25–40k in monthly revenue, but it was unstable and constantly fluctuating. In a way, the fluctuating revenue and too many underpaying clients were keeping us hostage — we were always busy, but not always moving in the right direction. Already in the first month, things started changing. A few of our smallest clients left, but they were quickly replaced by one much bigger client who valued us much more. That client alone pretty much paid back the investment into the program, while also making our work easier, helping us focus, and showing us where the real value in our business is. What I appreciated most was that the CP team helped me clarify our ideal client and understand which services actually bring the biggest impact. For me, the CP program feels like a real coach that helps you do the right exercises needed to grow. The investment made me think carefully, but I felt it was a “now or never” investment into myself — and that commitment made me much more accountable for taking the right actions to move forward.
