Overpriced
Overpriced, over sold under delivered. We were promised it would function as we intended during the sales process, they avoided many questions during implementation, I got in touch with the rudest manager on earth, he billed and billed us some more, I had to threaten legal action to switch to a respectable and functioning platform. This is little more than a full Nigerian prince scam of a platform. Avoid at all costs. They couldn't handle our 40 properties, they can't handle more than 1.

I started integrated with Kigo months…
I started integrated with Kigo months ago. I thought I did some pretty thorough research but clearly I was mistaken. I thought they were going to make my life easier and lower my amount of work. Since I have placed my properties in their hands and allowed them to integrate with Booking.com, Homeaway, Airbnb etc. They have failed to process ANY of my payments to my bank account. Over the last few weeks (at least since before december 1st), I have accrued a debt of over 25K because of Kigo because they are allowing people access to my home and not paying me for it!!! WOW! On top of this, I get "I am in a meeting, I will get back to you when I can" and ZERO phone calls no matter how many times I ask them to call me. NONE. I have SOOOO much more to say but right now I am dealing with ANOTHER disgruntled renter because of them, so I have to complete my review. DO NOT USE KIGO UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK HARDER AND NOT SMARTER.

Appalling product and even worse…
Appalling product and even worse support. This product is not fit for purpose and has clearly been written and mapped out by someone who is not involved in the industry. And when it just doesn't do what they say it does, they just ignorantly brush it off with the stock answer that "there are no plans to make changes". Their incompetence has cost a business a lot of money by failing to collect compulsory fees and being the most cumbersome, labour intense product I have ever used. Avoid this software at all costs!
