Expensive custom cost
I really like the shoes and the quality is good, but unfortunately the size was a little too small for me. I considered returning or exchanging them, but I decided not to because I was worried about having to pay another customs charge for the replacement size. I already paid around $375 in customs/duties on top of the $1,200 price of the shoes, which made the total cost very expensive. I understand that customs fees are not necessarily the brand’s responsibility, but the additional cost made me hesitant to exchange them. For such an expensive purchase, I think it would be helpful to have clearer information about sizing and the potential customs costs for international customers before purchasing. Overall, the shoes are nice, but the sizing and additional customs costs made my experience less than ideal.

Found Nike minds my son has wanted
Found Nike minds my son has wanted, shipping time frame wasn't bad. When we got them they fit small, he tried one shoe on and I requested to exchange them for a bigger size. I did all the things requested, took a picture and shipped them back. Everything was approved until the actual inspection, said the shoes had visual signs they had been worn, which they hadn't my son tried one shoe on and that was it. Kicks crew is not willing to exchange the size and my options are they can dispose of the item or ship the original item bought back to me. No refund or exchange.
