A Year‑Long Repair Odyssey That Ended in Silence – and a Heartbroken Child
RMA No. 1556767 S/N: M004/KY00103U6M0224 The Loona robot could be a fantastic toy — if it weren’t for the shockingly poor customer service provided by Keyirobot. We sent our Loona to their service partner Fixit in Poland back in August 2025. Fixit eventually had to forward the device directly to Keyirobot because they couldn’t complete the repair. While Fixit at least maintained a somewhat acceptable level of communication, Keyirobot’s customer service has been nothing short of disastrous. After countless emails that went completely unanswered, we finally received a message on May 21, 2026, from a support representative named Juliette, who promised us a replacement device. Unfortunately, I trusted that promise and told my child about it — a mistake I regret deeply. It is now August 2026, and we still have no replacement, no update, and no response. Every email since then has been ignored. The result: we no longer have our very expensive robot, and we now have a very disappointed child who has been waiting for nearly a year. Thank you, Keyirobot — for absolutely nothing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company in any way. ************************************************ Hello Keyirobot Team, The order at that time had the order number #6092 and was processed using this email address: paypal at dakrautmo.de. I tried to get my son’s Loona repaired…
I tried to get my son’s Loona repaired after it started having hardware issues with its waist. I was in a conversation with someone who told me it could easily be repaired and then they completely ghosted me without sending a shipping label. Fast forward to several months later and my son would still like to get it repaired so I try again. They quickly respond and tell me I am now out of warranty and it will cost $102 to repair. I am frustrated but still willing to pay. I pay the PayPal account the give and they ghost me again! Please do not purchase anything from them.

Although your shipping partner
Although your shipping partner, PostNL, claims that my address is incorrect, they still have not delivered the Loona Petbot to me and are returning it to you (the sender). There is no other Novotel Brussels Airport in Brussels. If the address was really incorrect, how were they able to deliver my Snowy Whimsy to the exact same address? I have already updated my delivery address in my KeyiRobot account. Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact PostNL despite several attempts. Could you please contact PostNL on my behalf and ask them to deliver the package to the updated address instead of returning it? I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
