The customer service was really good
The customer service was really good, at first the keyboard that I ordered was defective but they helped me out on how to sent it back and I was able to get the replacement.

A Great Experience With Keychron Support
I wanted to give Keychron support some appreciation. My V1 Max had an issue with the 2.4 GHz receivers. The USB-C receiver stopped working, and I had also lost the USB-A receiver. I contacted Keychron support from their webiste to ask if replacement receivers were available. They asked for proof of my purchase and where I bought the keyboard, I had bought it from a third-party retailer in the EU. I sent them the details and my receipt, and they confirmed that the keyboard is still within the one-year warranty period. They offered to send both USB-C and USB-A receivers completely free of charge. What impressed me the most was the response time. From my initial support request to confirming my shipping address, less than 24 hours. Really happy with my support experience.

Personally had a great experience
Honestly I was hesitant at first to reach out to Keychron customer service. I had read on reddit that the popular opinion was that they had poor customer service, but since my keyboard was still under warranty, I figured why not? Throughout the entire process Keychron was very helpful. My previous partner smashed my keyboard before leaving (lol) however the problems only came up a couple months later. I was even honest with the customer service about it and they didn't care since I was under warranty still. I had tried the initial suggest steps from Keychron customer service, but they did not work. They eventually sent me a replacement PCB for free to hopefully fix the issue. After testing it and finding out it that it wasn't the issue, they decided to send me longer pin switches which ended up resolving my issue. The customer service rep I had (Cindy) responded within 24 ish hours (seems like they were on a different time zone), but I had no issues communicating with them and getting straight forward answers. It does help that I used to work in Help Desk and was able to give concise instructions to what I did to troubleshoot any issues. Got everything sent for free and now my V1 Max is working without any issues. 10/10 customer service, I promise I'm not a bot lmao. Maybe they read the reviews online and are making an effort, idk but I had a great experience with their customer service.
