Perfect experience from purchase to feel good factor using the products
Perfect buy and delivery of my favourite hair products big time. No horrible nasties or irritants in them .... I just love washing my hair since I found KM and the feel good factor is 5*.

Great products and quick delivery. Only wish the shampoos and conditioners could be purchased separately or as twin in the large size, some are but not all.

hair mask made hair dry, and fall out will not allow me to exchange or get store credit
I started using their shampoo upon referral from my hair salon. After using the shampoo, I liked it so I decided to try the hair mask. after one use my hair was like straw. I lost a large amount of it after brushing it when I got out of the shower and it was horribly tangled. I used the Oribe hair mask and my hair feels like silk and you don’t even have to run a brush through it. I reached out to customer service to ask if I could get some sort of a store credit or exchange the product and they told me since it was opened that was impossible and that it was past the 30 days. so apparently they don’t stand behind their products. It was only past the 30 days because I was finishing off another product before I opened this one and I only used it once. Very poor customer service for the prices they charge I won’t be returning.

Fabulous products, my hair feels thicker, I am told my hair smells gorgeous and for me my hair looks and feels amazing. Customer service is excellent, the web is easy to use and product information is perfect. The discount offers are worth looking out for. Packaging is lovely and delivery excellent. These are my go to products each time. I highly recommend these products.
