The customer support for the chair has been horrific....
The chair I received was damaged causing it to not be able to turn properly with the footrest in use. The issue would cause the wheel to push the footplate up to turn Causing the chair to lurch. Almost three weeks ago the wheel kicked and threw the chair into a doorway I was going through causing the control arm bracket to snap. I have been in contact with them multiple times to get these issues resolved but they keep delaying and not assisting with the issues. I finally found the bracket on their site and paid and ordered one its been three days and they have not even packaged the order per their website and it states that it would be expedited. Now they have gone no contact when I attempt to reach out

They are lying thieves.
I paid for the thing that was supposed to arrive within eight days, it was over a month before I received it. They said it weighed 58 lbs, the shipping slip said it weighed 72 lbs with the little bit of cardboard and styrofoam it came in.

Unable to reach them
I ordered a wheelchair 12 days ago, with a 5-day delivery guarantee. Still waiting. Any attempt to contact the company by phone, text, or email has remained unanswered. Tracking on their website indicates that the product has not even shipped yet. Very disenchanted so far.

Crooked companyWrong motors didn’t sell what they…
Wrong motors didn’t sell what they advertised supposed to send. Two batteries only got one one operate on the grade. They said it would didn’t send all the parts needed. Then the worst I sent it back because it needed repaired. They sent me a refund of half of what I paid and said it was a restocking fee almost $400 last and vinyl they will not return phone call they won’t answer phones.

I requested a review by Home Depot and the Kerdom people sent this reply;The item you received is correct. The image in your screenshot was caused by a temporary system glitch. If you refresh the page, you’ll see the correct product image, which matches the item you received. Please feel free to leave a review based on your actual experience. Thank you for your support! Regards Vasanth R. So apparently a glitch on their part okays sending a different item than was ordered.
