I have been waiting for a five pound…
I have been waiting for a five pound Amazon voucher payment since 12/6/2026. Now it is 8/8/2026 and I have still not received it. It just says pending. I have sent them a ticket a week ago but had no reply. I have emailed them today but I don't know if it will help.

I have been a member of Keep Rewarding…
I have been a member of Keep Rewarding for 7 years and 10 months. When I first joined them they were really good, but unfortunately over the years they have gone downhill. I have been listening to their "Radio" site and I do earn .35 points each hour that I am listening, which is great. The problem comes with redeeming points for either PayPal or Amazon.ca gift cards. When I redeem, the system says I should get my money or gift cards within 7-10 days. I redeemed for both gift cards on November 14 and I didn't receive them until December 22nd, and that was after writing to them at least once. Then, the most recent redemption was on May 14th for $25 for PayPal. Today is now July 30th and I have yet to receive the $25! I wrote to Keep Rewarding the first time on June 30th, to which I received a system-generated reply saying I should expect to hear from them with 24-48 hours. Needless to say, I did not hear from them, so I wrote again on July 6th with no response, then I wrote again on July 20th and still no reply. I am still waiting to hear back from them, and more importantly I am still waiting for my PayPal $25. I don't care how big or small the business is, they should be able to send money or gift cards within a much smaller time frame than 2 1/2 months! I am a member of a couple of other sites and I can get my redemption within anywhere from 5 minutes to the longest 5 days. Unfortunately, one of the sites I am a member of I can only redeem towards Keep Rewarding or another site that I was member of years ago. Since it takes absolutely ages to receive my redeemed points from Keep Rewarding I am going to have to start using that previous site in order to be able to get my money and/or gift cards. I sincerely hope with this review I will at the very least get my PayPal money, and a positive response from Keep Rewarding. It would also be extremely appreciated if Keep Rewarding also gave me a compensation of rewards that I could use in the future, as long as they get this problem resolved very soon!
