Funds blocked, no reason provided.. not the first time..
Faced this issue of random funds blockage, for absolutely no reason. They are claiming that some rule has been violated. I can understand that. When I asked what rule, they said they can't tell me that because it's confidential information. So u can violate rules that U dont know exist.. As soon as my account is unblocked, if it is, they will be seeing me for one last time as I withdraw all my funds..

WARNING TO ALL INVESTORS: Do not deposit any money into KCEX. They are operating like a scam platform.On May 31, I paid them an upfront processing fee of $100 USDT to recover an XRP deposit issue. They kept my money and did absolutely ZERO work for 60 straight days.On July 28, their support finally admitted they made no progress and explicitly stated that my $100 USDT fee was being processed for a refund to my wallet. It has now been over three weeks, and my funds are still completely missing. When I ask support for updates, they give fake, automated responses claiming they "do not know" and "cannot give a timeframe" for when I will get my money back.To make matters worse, when I reached out to their official Telegram community group to get help, their community managers completely REMOVED and BANNED me from the group to silence my complaints and hide their fraudulent behavior from other users.They are actively withholding my funds.
