Ich kann nichts negatives über die Schuhe sagen, alles kommt immer so wie ich es bestelle. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist, das Expressversand für 25 € abgezogen wurden, und ich es nicht als Expressversand bestellt habe. Eigentlich sollte der Versand günstiger sein. Denn schließlich war die Lieferzeit zehn Tage, und nicht 3-5 Tage. Das wäre noch dein Verbesserungsvorschlag.

Assistenza clienti drammaticamente scadente. Non comprate mai scarpe qui perché non sono interessati ai problemi che causano spedendo il colore sbagliato. Hanno ricevuto i soldi e per il resto tu come cliente non sei interessante.

These shoes were good 10 years ago, now I order several times and they are impossible to wear, the lasts are terribly uncomfortable, the sizes do not correspond to what is stated and the colors too, all my friends are disappointed with these shoes, they have deteriorated greatly and are practically not customer-oriented, you will waste money and will not get pleasure, it's time to say goodbye to you karma, and how everything started out so well

WARNING! Horrible experience!
The „customercare“ is a joke - as they dont care about their customers at all! I ordered boots one size bigger than mine but their size 42 is like a 40. The next 3 months I spent trying to send them back for refund. 2 times the package could not be delivered, as the adress the customercare gave me, was not correct. I spent 50,- € for the shipping. I wrote them so many messages and almost never got an answer. Finally I decided to not send the boots for the third time, because I totally lost my trust in this company and I doubt that I will ever get a refund. In the end I lost 300,- € for boots that dont fit and their 2 journeys through Europe with DHL. I am so dissapointed!!!! Do yourself a favour and dont order anything online from Karma of Charme! There is nothing charming about this company.

awfull experience
I am totally disappointed with the customer service of this company. I sent back a pair of shoes that didn't fit me (after many mail to have the adress for the return they eventually answered me). They never did the refund, I sent many mails, messages on facebook, and at this day, 2 months later, I have no answer, and no refund. I will soon file a complaint against the company.
