Make it impossible to withdraw winnings
I accidentally put in the wrong name/address for myself and made a deposit under my card. I realised my error before playing, and emailed them to change it. I won ÂŁ1200 from my initial bonus after depositing ÂŁ200. When I requested withdrawal, I was asked to send documents to verify (I put in a note to mention the details have changed) I was asked to send in bank details/photos 3 times, proof of address 2 times, and worst of all a photo ID. I sent them a photo of my driving licence, and they refused it as it was on a white background. I responded with one on a black background. Of course they responded saying the details on it were different. They have now demanded a picture of me holding my ID as a selfie! I have spent over three hours going backwards and forwards and given up, and am putting in a complaint to the Gambling Commission. I am 100% certain that I would have had no problems if I had lost. Scam site which reminds you of its "professionalism, discretion, and unwavering dedication" Avoid big time.

Hi i have waited 3 days almost 72 hours for my withdrawl everytime I speak to someone on chat I am always told the same thing over and over again. I dont believe I should be waiting this long for my funds. No where in the terms and conditions does it state I have to wait longer than 3 days. In the terms and conditions it says pay outs are instant or can take up to 24 hours. I dont want to believe I have been scammed as you have taken my money but not given me my winnings. If I was to play any other casino site they would sent me my funds instantly. I think its wrong the way I have been treated. I was told by Emily I would receive them today as the finance team will have it finalised by day 3 well here we are day 3 and I still haven't received them. Please can you make sure I receive them today if not I will have to take this further which I really dont want to do. Thank you.
