I would strongly advise against buying from Kaka Shookahs based on my experience. I purchased a faulty product, and to their credit they agreed to issue a full refund once the item was returned. I promptly returned not only the original product but also the replacement units they had sent. The problem started after that. I was told the refund would be processed once they received the returned goods. They later confirmed to their supplier that they had received the products and that the refund had been issued. However, despite this, I still had not received my refund. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails asking for an update, all of which have been ignored. I have been left chasing money that should have been refunded weeks ago, with no communication and no explanation. A faulty product can happen with any retailer. What matters is how they deal with it. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication and failure to honour the agreed refund has been extremely disappointing. I have now been left with no option but to begin legal proceedings to recover my money. I would strongly advise against dealing with them.
