Gorgeous bag, fast shipping--All Perfect
I absolutely love this bag! It looks beautiful and is incredibly comfortable to wear on the shoulder. The leather feels lovely, the pockets are so practical, and the colour is gorgeous. Shipping was also very quick. My niece has fallen in love with it too the moment she saw it! I wanted to order another one in brown for her, but unfortunately it's sold out. I would happily buy this bag in every colour!

A SCAM!!!
I am never one to write poor reviews but this company is a disgrace. I ordered my bag in March this year its now June and I have not received my bag. Each time I email them i get excuses that there is a problem with some section in the company. Each time is a different story. I am also extremely disappointed as I paid over $200 dollars for a so called handmade product and now that exact same bag is for sale at a price of $80. They can't even manage to ship out my order from months ago yet they have enough time to gain more orders by realeasing a sale. I have also heard from other sources they are a drop shipping brand. It is crazy to me they only opened last year and are not doing anything to get loyal customers, instead they provide stupid little excuses and gain hate against this brand. I am hoping to receive an email on a refund but who knows their refund system may not work that day. I also do not want to get a bag that I originally paid a very expensive price for and is now something cheap.

Great bag, long shipping
Ordered my bag in November for Black Friday and FINALLY received it in April. However, their customer service throughout the entire process was nothing short of incredible. They responded to all my emails, DMs, and even changed my delivery address when I explained the one I put might cause some complications. Overall, wonderful communication. Also, I’m obsessed with the bag! It is so perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I also received my free gift that came with my purchase, which was great! (which I mention because it seems that some people haven’t…). The only downside is just how long it took. Even with the customer service, up until my bag arrived, I really thought I had been scammed. I’m looking forward to seeing this brand grow and I hope they figure out their shipping/warehouse issues.

Tasche noch nicht erhalten, bestellt im November
Die Tasche wurde im November 25 bestellt als Weihnachtsgeschenk an mich selbst. Ich hatte mich seeeeehr gefreut, da ich das Modell und die Website echt toll finde. Dann kam im Dezember irgendwann die Nachricht, dass es grosse Verzögerungen gibt. Und Anfang 26 hiess es das CH Bestellungen noch mehr in Verzögerung geraten sind.. echt enttäuschend. Ich habe die Tasche immer NOCH NICHT erhalten… es ist gleich April … Ich bin schon sehr traurig. Und hoffe, dass sie noch ankommt… Der Kundenservice war immer hin freundlich und transparent. Ich habe tatsächlich auch mein Geld zurückbekommen!! Aber die Tasche ist nicht in Sicht:( Preis ist auch solala. Es gab jedoch ein Kosmetik Täschchen on top gratis. Gemischte Gefühle. Update April: die Bestellung wurde einfach storniert obwohl ich deutlich meinte, ich möchte die Tasche trotz allem noch erhalten. Sprachlos

I absolutely love my Helena satchel…
I absolutely love my Helena satchel bag. It exceeded all my expectations in every way. The quality, the look, and especially how much it can hold is honestly insane. I use it every single day for work, running errands, and everything in between, and it has been perfect. I also want to highlight the team, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. While there were some delays with delivery, the team made sure to stay on top of communication and responded to all my emails quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
