The withdrawal was requested on August 9, 2026, at approximately 3:04 PM, and it is still showing as Pending. This is not my first withdrawal, and my account was already fully KYC verified and approved. I am also withdrawing to an e-Transfer/payment method registered in my own name. I contacted customer support, and I was told that my case is being reviewed by the responsible team and that they are waiting for feedback. However, I have not been given a clear reason for the delay or a specific timeframe for when my money will be released. I am documenting everything, including the withdrawal, account verification, previous successful withdrawals, and all communications with customer support. I hope JustCasino resolves this quickly and releases my CAD 6,000. I will update this review once the withdrawal is completed.
