Extremely Disappointing Service and Poor Support
Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating, especially considering how expensive this service is. Their bot/app glitched and my porting request was never completed on time. I contacted support to make sure everything was okay, and I was told it was all good. It turned out they had actually overlooked the request. I had to follow up and advocate for myself five separate times before the porting was finally completed. Throughout the entire process, there was never even an apology. The bigger issue is that these glitches can have a serious impact on a business. They don't always notify you in advance when something goes wrong, meaning you can potentially lose days of business operations because of an issue on their end. Despite that, they don't appear willing to offer any sort of credit or compensation as an apology for the disruption. For the price you pay, I find this level of service and lack of accountability really disappointing. Technical issues can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them- and in my experience, the communication, follow-through, and customer service were simply not good enough.

Works well. Self serve for configuration and number selection. Great support when needed. For example, we deleted some numbers by mistake, and Amulya solved it for me in a few minutes.

Easy to use
Easy to use, scalable phone system for my SaaS business. Inbound and outbound are totally covered, and an awesome support team. I had an issue with calls not ringing to my mobile app, and the support team had it fixed the same day and even scheduled a meeting to clarify any other questions I had. Sweet product, solid company
