Terrible Customer Service
The most important: Their customer service team puts you on hold without warning and doesn't pick back up so you cannot receive help nor can you review them. They ignore you on Whatsapp. And by phone, if they really don't want to talk to you, they pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I've never seen anything like it in my life. In the end a supervisor called and refused to speak at a normal pace and tried to badger me into placing an order that was too expensive. She refused to help me at all. The issue that resulted in me needing to contact the support: I had a 2 package order. The first delivery was normal. They called and said they'd be there in 20 minutes. I was waiting there ready to go and we handed everything off. The second package, the delivery driver kept showing up at my home with no warning. And he refused to call ahead or schedule a time. Then no one delivered my order for 4 days. When I reached out to complain, they said they would deliver that day. They instead cancelled the order and said I did not pick up the phone. They never called... My husband called the delivery driver and they made excuses for why they did that. I think that the entire team at Jumia shares a single brain cell and I have yet to find the one who has at least the one functioning brain cell.

Arnaque pour alimenter le fond de roulement
Bonjour, je commande un article Il y a plus d'une semaine et on m'informe aujourd'hui que je serais remboursé dans MOINS D'Un MOIS!!!! c'est une blague ou une arnaque??? Et je n'ai jamais demandé à être remboursé!!!!! Jumia n.est plus ce qu'elle était, dommage qu'elle se rend complice d'arnaqueurs, en tout c'est bien la dernière fois que je commande chez vous et soyez en sûr que je diffuserais amplement votre façon de faire pour vous assurer certainement d'un fond de roulement d'argent frais et gratuit

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. They've cancelled my first order a week after payment without telling me why until I called them and find out that the item is out of stock. They offered me an alternative wich I accepted but I had to make a fresh order and payment. A week later They've cancelled the order once again and without any explanation. It took a week to receive a refund for the first order and now I have to wait another week at least to receive the refund for the second order. Let's not mention the fact that we had to wait at home for the delivery twice for no reason. 4 days wasted waiting for a delivery that never arrived. This is the worst online business as far as I'm concerned. I will never use again or recommend to anyone. Stay away from those people. They don't deserve one star but there is no option to leave minus 5 stars. Time wasters!

C’est la première fois de ma vie qu’un service client me manque de respect. J’ai donc dû supprimer mon compte vivement qu’un concurrent de type Amazon débarque et écrase ce service.

Numéro de la commande. C'est le plus mauvais service qui j'ai vu. Depuis vendredi j’attend ma livraison Le livreur m’a téléphone vendredi 14h25 et il m’a promis la livraison lundi matin. J’ai téléphoné toute la journée sans réponse à 17h33 il m'appelle me dire qu'il a oublié mon colis!!! C'est vraiment n’importe quoi.
