I recently purchased a paper punch from Joyce PM. Through no fault of the machine, I was having a little trouble with pellets getting stuck in the punch (my own fault for punching laminated card stock!) I contacted Joyce via their Ebay shop where I purchased from for advice, and Sean immediately replied with thorough, informative advice to help me solve the issue. He even went above and beyond by sending me a sheet of wax paper to help with any future issues, free of charge. I'd highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future, excellent item and beyond excellent cusotmer service!

Refused to replace faulty item
I also bought the card creaser from Joyce Pm, in this case their Ebay shop. The card creaser did not do a satisfactory job, and the ruler which was attached to the base of the machine was in the wrong place and was peeling away. Card or paper placed under the creaser caught underneath the mechanism. I contacted Joyce Pm about their returns policy within a few days of receiving the item and they were not interested in the slightest. Were I to return it at my cost, it would have been very expensive and the item is very heavy and bulky.

Very poor service
I bought an SRA3 Card Creaser from this company but after a couple of years (of light use) a part broke on it, so I contacted them to ask for a replacement part which I was happy to pay for. However they were very evasive each time I called and eventually said they couldn't get the part as they didn't deal with that company anymore - months later they are still selling the item and I get the impression they just couldn't be bothered to get the part for me.
