Kundenservice geht anders
Ware im Originalkarton und noch versiegelt zurückgesandt. Für die Rücksendung muss der Kunde selbst aufkommen. Aber auch eine "Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr" von 10 % bezahlen! Noch nie so etwas erlebt. Ich werde bei Joybos ganz sicher nicht mehr kaufen.

Very good experience
I ordered before I read some of the reviews here, and I was really worried. My worries were needless though. Delivery arrived within 4 days of placing the order, the product was easy to assemble, and it looks good and it is very solid.

I ordered a product well over a year…
I ordered a product well over a year ago and loved it. So I ordered and paid for a second item that has never arrived. The phone is never answered. No call back. The website for service is unavailable. What’s going??? I believed this was a trustworthy website. My present experience is so disappointing and I want my money back.

I purchased 3 different items from this…
I purchased 3 different items from this company. 1) mop set (feels like a high end kids toy) 2) broom set ( tried sweeping some dirt, bristles were too soft) I tried really hard not to try and send it back, but I had to. Well, they wouldn't take it back. They said nothing wrong with it. Even though legally, if something says that it will sweep and it doesn't sweep, it is defective. 3) bathroom garbage can. They didn't even supply a sample bag, and it came without batteries. Who does that? A few months later ( just recently) the garbage can arm broke, I didn'try to return it, I asked them for the part so I can fix it myself. I just received the email saying they don't sell the parts or send out the parts. I would have to buy the whole can again. Totally garbage. I would never buy from this place ever again. All three items are worthless. Please read their return policy very carefully. They are the slickest company. They refuse to take back anything they will make you go through hell before they return anything for you. Be very careful what you buy from them. They sell the cheapest of quality.

I was looking for a fold out clothes…
I was looking for a fold out clothes hanger to dry clothes, blankets, and towels this product was advertised as easy to store easy to fold and easy to use. It was actually incredibly clunky and the type of thing that you would never just fold out to use temporarily and put away, which was the advertised purpose. So I wanted to return it. First they made me send pictures of it and assured me that good return service options were coming after I send pictures. then I was told that because the product was in good condition they can’t be responsible for shipping, but they can give me a $20 credit if I’d like to keep the item. We’ll see if they follow through on the $20 credit. I checked and return shipping is too much because of how tall the package is. It’s a shame, I regret to contribute more cheaply made Chinese crap to the landfills but I literally hate this product and my experience with joybos.
