Poor customer service and unreasonable delay with refund
I have been a regular customer of Jolse and have always trusted the company. Unfortunately, my latest experience has been extremely disappointing. This review concerns **Order 20260512-0002143** and **Order 20260517-0001483**. Both orders were refused because Brazilian customs charged import taxes that were higher than the value of the products. I contacted Jolse immediately, and their customer service confirmed that the product value would be refunded once the returned parcels reached their warehouse (excluding shipping costs, in accordance with their policy). The parcels were sent back on **31 May 2026**. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. Almost two months have passed, and I still have no refund and no clear update. The Brazilian Postal Service has informed me that the return process has already been completed, yet Jolse has not provided any meaningful information about the status of my refund. As a loyal customer, I expected much better communication and a much faster resolution. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase customer support while my money remains tied up. I sincerely hope Jolse resolves this matter immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend buying from them if there is any possibility of customs issues or returns, as the refund process appears to be excessively slow and frustrating. I will gladly update this review if Jolse processes my refund without further delay.

Me han cargado más del doble del precio…
Me han cargado más del doble del precio del producto en aduanas y la empresa ni si quiera me hará la devolución de los cargos del producto incluso devolviéndolo a su origen
