Disappointing products and customer service experience
I have been wearing Jockey underwear for many years and have previously found the pants comfortable and good quality. Washing well and lasting for a long time. I recently purchased some Seamfree Comfort Boy Shorts and found that although comfortable when I put them on they started to ride up and became incredibly uncomfortable within 10 minutes of wear to the point that I just can't wear them. I contacted customer services explaining the issue and even sent pictures and measurements to show how they had stretched out of shape which was clearly adding to the issue. I was told that a stretch of 2 cm was not considered a fault and that as I had worn them I couldn't return them. Incredibly disappointing. I will not be buying from Jockey again.

I've been buying Jockey 100% hipsters…
I've been buying Jockey 100% hipsters for probably 20 years and been very happy with the quality, fit, and color selections. But, the last few purchases, the quality has definitely deteriorated. The waistbands come off, the seams separate, and the material is so much thinner, I just put my thumb right through it. Sad to say because I've been a loyal Jockey customer, but now I'm looking for a different brand. Don't buy these unless you only want to wear them 3-4 times before they start falling apart.

Goodbye Jockey
I've been buying Jockey 100 percent cotton underwear for a couple of decades now, because the cotton is soft and comfortable. I buy the same style always. This last purchase the underwear were scratchy and uncomfortable. I will no longer be buying Jockey since they obviously are using cheaper quality of cotton. Looking for a new brand.

The new jockey underwear is not the same
The new jockey underwear is not the same as it was just a year ago. I've used them for over 45 years. The new Small is smaller than the size 5 was. They are binding and not comfortable. The medium is too big. So I guess I have to start all over and find something similar in another brand.
