Greedy, doesn’t care about you at all.
1. It took 2 days for my adress to be changed in my profile because I was talking for over 1 hour with a useless support. 2. Doesn’t answer my emails about responsible gambling. 3. I had a 1.1k$ withdrawal active and while I was playing with one of their bonuses my withdrawal got declined and I spun 2 spins with the bonus money + the withdrawal. The next thing I know I suddenly have a “maximum win amount” on my own money. So I lost about 350$ for this. And of course they can’t do anything about it. Worst casino I have EVER experienced. Would recommend 10/10 to stay away.

Extremely Poor Experience
Extremely Poor Experience – Avoid An unbelievably bad experience with both the platform and their customer service. I have now been waiting two weeks for my withdrawal, and the way this has been handled is unacceptable. After receiving no useful information, I had to proactively contact their online support myself. I then spent almost an entire hour in the chat, dealing with one of the most unhelpful and incompetent support experiences I have ever had. Only after repeatedly pushing for an actual answer did they finally admit that there had been a problem with my withdrawal. The amount was eventually credited back to my account – essentially with the impression of: “Oops, something went wrong and nobody bothered to tell you.” What makes the situation even worse: Emails are consistently ignored. Support provides little to no useful information. Nobody proactively informs you when there is a problem with your withdrawal. You have to chase them yourself just to find out what is happening with your own money. After two weeks, I am still dealing with a withdrawal that should have been processed long ago. For a platform handling customers’ money, this level of communication and support is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before depositing money here.

Stay away from Jet4Bet
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Would Never Recommend I would never recommend this site or any site operating in a similar way after the experience I’ve had. I have now been waiting 4 days for my funds to be properly credited to my account. Despite contacting customer support every day and constantly chasing them up, it took 4 days just to get the funds added — and even then, they were credited as a coin that I cannot even play with. Now I’m being forced to wait even longer and simply hope that I will eventually be able to use the money that has already been sitting with them for 4 days. The whole process has been an absolute nightmare. Constant delays, no proper resolution and having to repeatedly contact support just to get basic answers. I would never recommend this site or anything operating under a similar format. Based on my experience, you risk being completely stuffed around when it comes to accessing your own money, and that is simply not good enough. Stay well away.

I don't normally leave reviews,but...this casino must be in my top 5 worst casinos I've ever played ...500 dead spins on 0.20c,with only 2 lame bonuses, 1 of 3.20€ and the other 0.18c??? the games are obviously messed with big time...I only play few certain games everywhere else and in this casino,those games are rigged 10000%.STAY AWAY
