DETRUST SOPHISCATION OF DESIGNS
I was very interested when i searched for a jersey that would match professional nfl quality designs. Jerseyone seemed promising and I was so excited that i had finally found what i thought i was looking for. as weeks passed and it was to be a set goal of mine to purchase a jersey and carefully select my choice. as i tried to purchase my first jersey i then came across a payment error. Realizing it was a scam intended to record my creditcard gift card i was so disappointed that it did not accept my card. as i researched the location where they would manufacture these promising jerseys. I would realize that it is all fabricated to be a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. SCAM!!!

Extremely dissatisfied and completely disappointed in this company! We have never received the jersey ordered, despite contacting Jersey One or Yoyo (the one who responds to complaints) multiple times to request a refund for an item that was never delivered. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I consider this the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am publicly sharing my dissatisfaction on every platform where this company advertises. Spending $80+ of on a gift for a special needs child, which was ordered in November 2025 and never arrived for Christmas, nor by today almost early February 2026 is so disappointing. This company’s customer service is by far the most inefficient I have ever encountered. I strongly advise others not to order from JerseyOne. When you request a refund, they apologize for their delay due to lack of staffing, then tell you they are charging you $15 for the cost of mailing for a product that was NEVER MAILED!!! This company sucks!

i ordered a jersey and payed full…
i ordered a jersey and payed full amount online, order place 45 day back now.. whenever i tried contacting the company through various modes ( email, whats app, IG...) they would take details and stop responding back.. on one occassion the person even stated that they sell copy products and dont take responsibility.

They made me order for a month and then they delivered the wrong item. I ordered 2 items, they delivered one in the package and that too a wrong one. Avoid always.
