Wow Can’t ship to the US?
Wow! Customer service? I think not. We bought one of these overpriced pieces of luggage while in South Africa. We were excited to register it for our lifetime warranty. As luck would have it, the first time we took it on a trip, a wheel broke. No biggie we thought, we have a lifetime warranty. Turns out, according to their customer service, to get a replacement wheel, we have to travel back to South Africa. They can’t ship a wheel to the US. When I asked if we purchased another piece of luggage on their website, how would they ship it, they went dark and ignored us. Don’t expect your lifetime warranty to be worth anything.

Excellent product and service
I'm a repeat customer of this brand because quality leather products at affordable prices are hard to come by. My latest order was unfortunately stolen after delivery. However, Arina from customer service was incredibly understanding and offered to replace the item free of charge, for which I'm incredibly grateful. I’ll definitely continue to support the brand and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both great products and exceptional customer service.
