I purchased several wigs from JBE
I purchased several wigs from JBE recently and the quality of the fibers and the mono tops are impeccable and I own over 70 designer brand wigs. I also purchased a full handtied "Kim" and the quality is perfection. The delivery was fast and tracking was spot . I love watching the lives and getting great discounts. I am impressed.

the way it is promoted on TikTok is misleading.
The lace is described as "snowflake lace", which I understood to mean it would blend well with lighter skin tones. Unfortunately, I found the lace to be quite visible, making it difficult to achieve a natural look. The hairline also looks quite artificial and, in my opinion, does not resemble a realistic everyday hairline. For £60, I appreciate that this is a budget-friendly wig, so my expectations were realistic. However, I do feel that the way it is promoted on TikTok is misleading. Many reviewers present it as an everyday, natural-looking wig, whereas I don't believe it meets that standard. In my opinion, it is better suited as a fashion wig rather than a realistic everyday wig. As someone who wears wigs due to alopecia, I found this particularly disappointing. People experiencing hair loss often rely on honest reviews and accurate marketing when choosing wigs, so I believe it's important that products are represented realistically.

Ive spent hundreds on JB Extension…
Ive spent hundreds on JB Extension wigs. Ive been pretty happy with the wigs Ive purchased. $40 quality but thats what I pay for. This past purchase, the tracking showed delivery times and by the latest date to be delivered, tracking had all stopped 3 days before. I asked for a refund as I needed the wig for a certain event which was going to pass by the time the wig might arrive. JB denied my request and said it was still on time of arriving. NOT! Its been 2 weeks now and tracking hasn't moved. Tik Tok promised a refund by a certain date which has passed, and they also have rejected my refund! WTH? So I guess Im out $40 and no wig!! Disgusted! Never buy from this company again or TikTok for that matter! $40 lesson learned! BEWARE!

I ordered six new releases off of…
I ordered six new releases off of TikTok through them. And all of them but one had bangs cut crooked. I returned the ones that were cut crooked. And now I am blocked from ever being able to purchase again. When I order they immediately cancel my order saying my address is undeliverable. Even though they accept returns to TikTok. They refuse to answer any of my messages asking why this is and how can I fix it. Instead, they just blocked me completely from even seeing their lives on TikTok. This company is trash. I don’t even know how they’re still around with all these bad reviews. I wish I would’ve looked at this site before I even purchased from them. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. Anytime someone has a dispute. They just blocked them instead of addressing the concerns.

Update 27.06.26: Es waren 7 Wochen Lieferzeit und erst als ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe, wurde plötzlich reagiert und auch am nächsten Tag verschifft. Ich habe Ellen Mono und ich kann nur sagen: WOW. Absoluter Hammer, die gebe ich nicht mehr her. Aber in jedem Fall, für die Ungewissheit etc. unten, kann ich nicht mehr als 3 Sterne geben. Das hatte ich am 02.06.26 geschrieben: Habe eine Perücke bestellt und egal, was man nett schreibt. Es gibt keinerlei Rückmeldung. Warte seit 3 Wochen und es gibt nicht mal ein Update oder eine Tracking-Nummer.
