Charged $62.99 after signing up for a $1 trial, and support stopped responding
I signed up for a 3-day membership advertised as “Today’s charge: $1.” I only intended to make and confirmed one $1 payment. However, immediately after entering my card details, I was charged repeatedly: * $1.00 * $1.00 * $1.00 * $59.99 This resulted in a total of $62.99 in charges, even though the offer I signed up for was presented as a $1 trial As soon as I noticed these unexpected charges, I contacted customer support and requested a cancellation and refund. They canceled my subscription but refused to refund my money. Support also claimed that I had actively watched videos and used the service. This is not true. After I saw the unexpected charges, I did not watch a single movie or video. I immediately contacted support to ask why my card had been charged multiple times. I asked them to provide specific evidence, such as the exact videos allegedly watched, timestamps, and viewing duration. Instead, they relied on general claims of “account activity” to deny my refund. I also dispute their claim that I knowingly upgraded to the $59.99 subscription. I only intended to purchase the advertised $1 trial. The unexpected charges happened immediately after entering my card details. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that after I continued requesting a proper explanation and refund, the support team stopped responding to my messages. I feel that my concerns are being ignored instead of properly investigated. I am requesting a full review of all four charges and a refund of the disputed payments. I have retained screenshots of the $1 offer, transaction records, and my complete conversation with customer support. I hope this review helps other customers be aware of my experience before entering their payment information.

I purchased the Unlimited Access…
I purchased the Unlimited Access package and deeply regret it after 5 mins into my session, I realized most of the above average videos require additional coins to watch. This is not clear before signing up and I think the website is misleading. I want a full refund
