This is the weakest customer service I've ever encountered. Despite sending everything they requested to resolve my problem, they eventually made it clear they were incapable of fixing it.

I am using the Latest Mac products…
I am using the Latest Mac products powered by the M4 Max and M3 Ultra Apple silicon chips, On iZotopes website it clearly states "Compatible" However after finding out the hard way.. Neutron 5 as is not compatible and will cause your system to crash consistently. There is no refund and no customer support as I have tried to reach out various times. Its evil to leave composers hanging dry knowing their products will not work with the latest technology. A bad business practice to all artist that work incredibly hard. Take care

Absolutely ruined the momentum of my…
Absolutely ruined the momentum of my studio session yesterday. Dropped this onto my drum bus expecting a streamlined mixdown, but the new Density Module completely crushed my transients and introduced this weird, muddy artifact into the low-mids. No matter how much I tweaked the settings, I couldn't get a clean, polished sound out of it with an artist sitting right in the room waiting to track. Worse off, it completely tanked my system performance. It is incredibly heavy on the CPU compared to previous versions. As soon as I tried running a couple of instances across a few stems in Ableton, my entire session started lagging, causing major audio dropouts and terrible latency during playback. The visual workflow might look flashy, but it's completely unstable and unusable for a real-time sound design workflow. Total waste of time.
