a truly lovely experience from start to finish
this was my first order from itokri, and i’m genuinely very happy with the whole experience. i had an issue with my previous order, which was canceled, so i placed a new order and contacted them regarding the cancellation and refund. they were very attentive, communicated clearly, and resolved everything remarkably quickly. throughout the whole process, they always answered all of my questions whenever i contacted them by email, and i never felt like any of my messages or concerns were left unanswered. even when i shared some feedback and suggestions, they were very kind and receptive, which i really appreciated. the dupatta itself is truly beautiful, delicate, lightweight, and beautifully crafted. the packaging was lovely, and receiving a handwritten note and a little handmade gift made the experience even more special. i had to pay a fairly high customs fee in brazil, but that was beyond itokri’s control, and the purchase was still absolutely worth it to me. i have nothing negative to say about the company and would happily order from them again.

Never disappointed
Never disappointed. Customer service - 10/10. Fabric - 10/10 excellent quality. Prices - best i have seen online and definitely better than fabric shops. Yes I love this place.

Frustrating and inconsistent communicarion
My experience with iTokri has been quite disappointing. The entire process, from selecting items to making payment and then trying to track the order, has been stressful and frustrating. The biggest issue has been the lack of clear communication. There is no indication of when items will be shipped, and updates on the order status are minimal. Every time I contacted customer support through chat or social media, I seemed to be dealing with a different person, making it difficult to get consistent information or escalate concerns. As an international customer in Australia, I would have expected better communication regarding shipping timelines. At the time of writing this review, I have still not received my items or even a tracking number. The products may be good, but the overall customer experience has fallen well below expectations. I hope iTokri improves its order communication, customer service responsiveness, and shipping transparency for future customers.

Stained fabric and poor resolution
I ordered over 40 metres of fabric in total from iTokri across different patterns and when the delivery finally arrived, some of it was stained with black marks all over and the other fabric was completely incorrect. I had been sent a totally different fabric to what I had initially placed on my order. Customer service via WhatsApp or email took quite a while and I had tp resolve this through PayPal. I wouldn't recommend it anymore, I used to rave about this company but the quality is so poor now.

Tessuti bellissimi, tantissima scelta e cura. Esperienza estremamente positiva. Ho dovuto pagare iva e dogana, per cui alla fine è stato piuttosto costoso, ma onestamente va bene così. Farò di sicuro altri ordini!
