Two completed assignments, but no payment
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. On my first assignment, they canceled my work and did not pay me because I misspelled a bank employee’s name by one letter. I decided to give the company another chance and completed two more assignments. For one of them, I spent my own money purchasing the required items at a gas station and submitted the completed report. When nothing appeared in my account, I contacted the company. They claimed that I had never submitted it, even though I have proof of submission and all my receipts. I spent my time, gas, and personal money completing these assignments, but they are refusing to pay me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this company. Keep screenshots, receipts, and proof of every submission.

Good quality, varied assignments from a trusted company with excellent shopper report. They always provide clear, easy to follow instructions and pay on time. My preferred Mystery Shopping company. They also have a range of other Market Research experience and opportunities through linked companies.

Great platform for flexible extra income
I have been using Ipsos for around a year now, and it is the best platform of its kind that I have come across. There is a really good variety of tasks available, with new and different opportunities appearing regularly. I find this one of the most enjoyable parts as it gives you the chance to venture out and try things or visit places you perhaps wouldn’t have otherwise considered. The tasks themselves are straightforward and easy to understand, and I think the payment is very fair for what is expected. I’m able to plan my tasks each week knowing exactly what I need to do, which makes it a really reliable way of earning some extra monthly income. I think it’s great for younger people looking for something flexible alongside work, university or other commitments. The team are helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or needed clarification. Feedback on completed tasks is usually provided very quickly, often on the same day, which is really useful. There is also a really nice community around the platform, with other users always willing to help and share advice when needed. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with Ipsos over the past year and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a flexible way to earn some extra income.
