DISASTER CUSTOMER CARE NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Imagine ordering the hair for your WEDDING only 6 weeks later they have not arrived yet!!!! Do not tell me it’s customs or post I have ordered things that arrived in 1 week from the same country!!!! I don’t need the hair now I had to spend again money and order else wear the cost came double and not even an email nothing to let me know or apologize for the delay!!! First & last extremely disappointed and let down

I'm truly sorry for the disappointment and the stress this caused around such an important date. For context, orders ship the same day or the next business day once placed, if the item is in stock. From there, delivery is handled by the carrier. Standard delivery on international orders is 10 to 16 business days, though delays can happen depending on customs or local postal services in the destination country, and these are outside our control. We'd still like to look into your specific case directly. You're also right that you should have heard from us proactively about a delay like this. Take my advice!

I wish I had come here before purchasing their products. They use the post office to send products and when I tell you, rest assured there is a high possibility you will not receive your package! The PO will show it as delivered to your mailbox and there is no way to verify. You end up paying the company for a product you don’t get. Only buy this product if you want to throw away $200-$300. They don’t secure their carrier services and then tell you to sort it out with the post office! Please spend your money somewhere else! Can’t say I didn’t warn you!

I'm sorry to hear this happened, having a package show as delivered but never actually arriving is genuinely frustrating. I want to clarify how this works on our end. We do offer package protection at checkout for exactly these situations, and when a package is reported missing, we investigate it with the carrier ourselves as well. That said, since the tracking shows it as delivered, claims tend to move faster when the customer files directly with the carrier, so we usually recommend doing that alongside our investigation to get it resolved sooner. I love the quality and customer service is the best I did not like the color that I received I emailed customer service and the exchange for the color I wanted was simple and fast. I can’t wait to place another order.

Don't bother

If you are Canadian, don't bother ordering from this place. The delivery experience was awfully confusing because DHL didn't leave a tag on the door, but brought it to a Canada Post office but I had no idea. The communication was awful. I reached out to Irresistable Me 5 times before they finally told me where to pick up the package. On top of that, the extensions racked up $137 of customs I had no idea would happen. That made the total expense about $1000 CAD on top of the extensions. only for me to find out they are like fluorescent orange, not copper. Not a happy customer and will never be back.

We know how frustrating it is to not know where your package is, and we want to clear up a few things while also making sure we can help resolve this for you. On the delivery itself: once your order shipped, you would have received a DHL tracking number. When the shipment reached Canada and was handed off to Canada Post for final delivery, the Canada Post tracking number was also available on that same DHL tracking link, on the Details page. Looking at the tracking history, the carrier attempted delivery on July 28th and left a notice card at the address with pickup details, and then sent a final notice on August 2nd letting you know the package would be returned if not collected. We're sorry this wasn't clearer in the moment, and we'll always take feedback about carrier communication seriously. On customs: we do disclose on our Shipping & Delivery page that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country, and that these are the customer's responsibility, as they're determined and collected by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. We know $137 is a significant and unwelcome surprise, and we're sorry it wasn't top of mind before you ordered. On the color: this is the first we're hearing that the shade wasn't what you expected, and we'd really like to take a closer look, as color can be tricky to judge from photos and screens.
