Non-existent customer care and service
The whiskey itself (a birthday present for a friend) was fine but customer service was non-existent. It took several attempts to enter difference billing and delivery addresses (mine in Spain and my friend's in Ireland): after apparently finally succeeding and proceeding I noticed that the site had reverted to using my address for both. Two emails to the company weren't even acknowledged, let alone responded to. The results was delivery (and delivery charges) to Spain and a January birthday present finally given to my friend in March.
