Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend ordering. I ordered a face cream 4 weeks ago and they didn’t even send it yet. They keep telling me it’s the delivery that is having delays cause of the holidays but I can see on the tracking that they haven’t even handed it over to the courier yet. Also the holidays haven’t even started and surely there were no holidays 4 weeks ago lol. Hopefully I’ll at least get my money back.

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. I ordered a face cream (6 of them actually because they are difficult to find) and received a different face cream, which I previously had an allergic reaction to, so I would never order and cannot use. I wrote them an email and they said the one I ordered doesn't exist anymore and company replaced it with the one they sent me and that the formulation is the same, which is not true. I told them that it is not the same, they can see that on the packaging and I demanded a full refund and they said I won't get a full refund because it is the same. I told them that this is very unprofessional and they answered "the product has been replaced!". Never again.
