Customer service has been an absolute disaster since Podio joined “Progress.com”. I just wanted to delete my old email address (and already had a new email correctly set up in the account and activated to the primary email address). I couldn't delete the old address myself because I got the error message: “You are the owner of a contract with this organization and cannot leave it. Please contact our support for assistance.”. After explaining the problem several times, forwarding it to support and re-analyzing the problem (the questions were always the same, which I had already explained in the course), customer service was unable to solve such a simple issue. Extremely unprofessional and incapable of solving something that was actually so simple. The constant re-answering of my questions in the same chat window, the lack of understanding of the problem, a complete mess. Sometimes even my data was gone from my CRM. Therefore, absolutely no recommendation for Podio (at Progress.com). I will now cancel my account after 15 years as a customer.

The product itself is not bad. However, they farm out their customer service and technical support to call centers in India, so it takes at least 12 hours to get a response, and even if you get one, they don't understand what you are trying to ask so you have to re-ask and then get another response 12 hours later still not understanding, and though they are claiming to be empathetic, they offer more politically correct responses that offer NO helpful solutions AT ALL. So you ask again, except this time more emphatically, and they escalate to a "manager" who still doesn't understand, nor provides any tangible practical solution. This has gone on for over a week, while business is being held up, and time continuing to be wasted. I have asked for a refund, and if i do not get it, I will be downgrading this review to one star.

Support is no help. I love the product but the support is seriously lacking. The ticket gets pushed around and nothing gets done a P1 ticket means days for resolution.

Worst part is wasting all the admin time you have to invest to chase. Think twice about using these! Unable to download product i paid for. If i phone i am just placed on hold for hours. Wont reply to my support emails.

The text is far too small with no option to change it. This makes the screen very difficult to read.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
