Dishonest refund practices and deceptive customer service
Stay as far away from IPRoyal as possible. This is hands down one of the most dishonest and untrustworthy services I have ever dealt with. They officially confirmed in writing multiple times that I would receive a refund of $4.83 USD. What did they actually process? Only $4.34 USD. When I caught them red-handed with official PayPal receipts proving the shortage, their customer support didn't even apologize. Instead, they blatantly lied, gaslit me by falsely claiming the full $4.83 was sent to my bank, and shamelessly passed the buck to the payment processor. If a company is willing to cheat a customer over pocket change, fabricate claims in writing, and treat legitimate users like fools, they have zero business ethics. If they can't be trusted with basic billing accuracy, you cannot trust them with your money or network infrastructure. I have fully archived all email logs, false promises, and transaction proofs (Order #80469254, Paddle #81715836) and have escalated a formal merchant compliance complaint against them. An absolute disgrace of a company.

when u claim something and u took days to delivver it in days is another type of scam. Providing proxies from almost same wifi ahhaa just a digit changes is another type of scame. sharing hidden policies after payment is charged is another type of scam. Buying fake reviews and then getting flagged is another type of scam(reversekarma). Mean the total business is a scam.

Failed to Deliver Service, Constant Outages and No Accountability
I'm paying for a static ISP for my business service, meaning my IPs should not change. Overnight, all of my IPs were changed without my consent, which is a serious problem for my business: each time my IP changes, I risk getting my ads banned. I raised this with Leslie, who said they were surprised this happened and claimed it wasn't their fault (its literally their service). However, they refused to offer any refund or discount for my current order, despite the fact that I'm paying for a service they clearly failed to provide. To make matters worse, as of today, all the IPs they changed (without my permission) are now down and not working at all. I'm paying for a static, reliable service; what I'm getting is the opposite. Not happy with them

Inconsistent IP quality
I have spent considerable time testing IPRoyal’s different proxy tiers for commercial workflows. The platform is easy to navigate, and occasionally you can come across solid, good‑quality ISP IPs. Unfortunately overall pool quality is very inconsistent, and results feel largely hit‑or‑miss. Many IPs delivered are datacenter‑sourced, even when ordering non‑datacenter product lines. Their so‑called mobile proxies behave more like standard dynamic residential nodes, rather than genuine mobile‑carrier addresses. A significant share of assigned IPs carry poor risk‑reputation scores. You may get a small number of usable IPs from time to time, but success mostly depends on luck. It is hard to rely on for stable, demanding commercial projects that require consistent network quality. It could work for casual scraping, yet I would advise caution for high‑stakes business use cases.
