Not fit for purpose they have Traitors Canada on BBC I player you watch up to series 6 and that's it no 7 no 8 no 9 no final complete waste of time WHY defrauding the TV licence public

JUST VERY POOR APP
I player home page poor and very difficult to navigate. You have to search for most things you want to see despite them being current and popular, like world cup games in full. Recently wanted to watch a specific tennis match in full, not highlights, found two options clicked on one to find the match more than half way through so having seen the score was pointless trying to go back to the start. So frustrating from the way the curser, pink line, disent move, to not saving recently watched, to a boring and homepage that never seems to change or make useful recommendations despite viewing history. This is a poor, frustrating and very disappointing app.

iPlayer constantly freezes
iPlayer constantly freezes when I use it on my laptop (watching live tv on the sky app on there is fine though so its not my connection it's definitely iPlayer). 6 times in the first half of the England game. Why am i being forced to pay a tv license fee for a company that can't provide a reliable service?

They say “watch all episodes on BBC…
They say “watch all episodes on BBC iplayer”. No chance. All good to start with, I get half way through the series and then they take the series off, so you can’t finish it.

From an efficient and manageable app…
From an efficient and manageable app which remembered where we'd got to in a series and let us choose episodes from random series to an utter disgrace of an app with no 'continue watching' option and vast swathes of content impossible to watch unless we watch it continuously (try doing that with Doctor Who for more than a few hours). Utterly, totally, comprehensively pathetic. Whoever is behind the banner message about the app looking a bit different today but we can watch as normal is not living in reality. Yet again some dunderhead has decided to fix something that wasn't broken and has broken it. Idiots.
