Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They do not honour their own warranty policy. 25 years we’ve used solar covers at $500. The seams are defective. Returned three all honored under tfe warranty until this year. In tfe swim refused to follow their own warranty policy Do not order anything from this company!!!😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered 2 raypak pool heaters from…
I ordered 2 raypak pool heaters from your company (last one June 3) and the same exact heater 2 years previously. Your service and product were both horrendous. I would never recommend or order anything from your company again. Your customer service was very disrespectful and use some training.

Ordered a salt cell from them …
Ordered a salt cell from them on Amazon. It was $100 more than anywhere but it was listed as Prime next day delivery. The next day I receive and update of a delay in shipping. I received AN item 2 days later that was gloves and cath kit. We contacted them and got a return label. Once they received it back they refused to refund my money stating that they do not sell this item from any of their supply houses. Not sure if this was a FedEx issue or theirs but it shouldn’t be my problem. Now I’m out $1100 while I fight it out with Amazon plus the new salt cell I had to purchase elsewhere. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY from this company. Thought I would get better service from a company owned by Leslie’s.

A $200 pool vac stopped working in 3…
A $200 pool vac stopped working in 3 weeks. Customer service will only initiate a replace or refund after I take the defective unit to a regional Fed Ex office and wait for them to receive the defective unit. Infuriated that a defective unit cannot be replaced or refunded for the next 10 days to two weeks in the middle of pool season!

They have a 30 day warranty that covers…
They have a 30 day warranty that covers an item from the date you ordered it not the date it arrived. Spent $2,000.00 on an item May 23rd. Called June 24th to tell them that after 10 days of use the item failed, they use shipping time as part of your warranty period, and won't cover the item. Your left to deal with the manufacturer on your own. Buy anywhere but here.
