Avoid this online shop and Vinted account. Cancels and sells for more.
I was looking online for a Playstation 3 game and came across this website. To my suprise they had the game for round the same price as CEX just cheaper postage. They had two of the same game, one opened but resealed and another factory sealed the difference between them about £3. I ordered the £4 one only to get an email 6mins later saying my order is cancelled and the item has been removed. So I went back to the website to order the more expensive one only to see the game that was cancelled now selling at £19.99 like come on at least wait till the next day maybe. I brought the £7 factory sealed game and guess what yes, canceled also. I've tried to go back to the site and it's now closed and says opening soon. I WhatsApp them as they say they are available 24hrs and I really want to know why my order was cancelled. I got this reply. "Im sorry but our site has not been updated for some time and therefore prices are imcorrect. We have taken our site down until such time as we are able to correct our stock imventory. Apologies. So me buying that game made them realise their prices are wrong. It's a £4 game that you're now selling it for £20. I can bet my mortgage that if I never tried to order the second game the site would be still up with the game selling for £20 and I bit when this website goes back up both games will be selling for £20 pounds. It's got nothing to do with incorrect prices. You just want to see a £4 game for more. My whole life I've never come across a business so unprofessional and scummy, if your going to have a business and sell things online you need to honor the price should someone pay. Not cancel because you've checked online and seen it going for more. Update: I found the same game on Vinted, a little more than what I wanted to pay but cheaper than the £20 it got bumped up to on this website. The game was up for £12.99 I made an offer they counter offered £11 I accepted and paid. Again this purchase was cancelled immediately and relisted back to £12.99 I was confused because this was done without any explanation. I then went to message the seller to find out what's going, only to find myself blocked 😅 I'm telling you I can't make this stuff up. I then looked at the profile of the seller to find out it's this same online shop also selling games on Vinted.(IVGLTD) So let's look at this. £4 and £7 game on their website cancelled and changed to £20. Same game on Vinted £12.99 offer £11 but cancelled to relist for £12.99. What part of this makes sense? I stand by what I said, unprofessional scummy and now actually childish. My purchase on Vinted was probably cancelled because of this bad review I've left on here yesterday. The 3.1 review on here speaks volumes about this family run business.
