Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. They sold me the item, without having any stock or intention of sending the product. (Do not trust their website, they do not have the product in stock but will happily take your money) I was patient, but after 7 days of 0 acknowledgement of the order i chased them for an update. I recieved an automated AI response from "Alexa". I then chased again at 10 days, and again at 12 days. Recieved the exact same email from their AI each time, 0 actual updates on Shopify app tho. They then cancelled the order, I am currently awaiting the refund. AVOID. I didn't want to pay the higher price Gymproluxe are selling their similar product for, but after this experience I will be placing an order with them once I receive my refund from Innstar.

Missing items and they don't care!
Decent equipment so far, delivered in a timely manner so not a complete negative. But with bits missing. And as I bought from amazon and not innstar direct, innstar cannot help me! Despite it being their product, and their warehouse that has packaged my item and missed the bits out. Customer Service is pointless and just repeats the same old stuff! Would have ranked 5 starts for the product, but as bits missing, which are important and no seemingly possible way for them to send me, 1 star ranking

Attention, they are SCAMMERS!
I have ordered the workout package from them. 2 weeks have passed and no order was sent. I contacted them several times and each time they promised to send the order but they didn't. I received no tracking number from them. I asked for a refund which they completely ignored. In the end, I had to dispute the payment with my bank in order to recover the money. I advise everyone to avoid this merchant.

Unsafe product
Unsafe product. Innstar take no responsibility for their product when things go wrong. Shift the blame onto someone else and ignore emails. Horrible company to deal with. Be warned that after slight use over a year the resistance bands will snap.

No anwers, keeping money after return.
Seit Wochen warte ich auf eine Antwort bzgl. meiner Rückerstattung. Der Rückversand ist längst erfolgt - keine Antworten per Mail, telefonisch nicht erreichbar, keine Erstattung. Ich werde wohl den anwaltlichen Weg gehen.
