The InnerCamp Breathwork training is so…
The InnerCamp Breathwork training is so much more than just a course, it’s a deeply intense, transformational and life-changing experience. What I appreciated most is that you don’t simply learn different Breathwork techniques; you actually get to experience them yourself first. You are given the space to feel, process and understand the different styles before learning how to safely offer them to your own clients. For me, that made the whole experience feel much more authentic and meaningful. The teachers are incredibly open, supportive and human. They genuinely create a safe space to ask questions, even the ones you might think are “silly”, and they always take the time to answer and guide you. Their knowledge, professionalism and openness really stood out to me. The training itself is intense, but in the best possible way. It challenges you, takes you deeper into yourself and creates so much space for personal transformation. Another beautiful part of the experience has been the connections we made with people from all over the world, all going through a similar process. Those connections and the sense of community became such an important part of the journey. From the clear and prompt communication to the quality of the training and the people delivering it, everything felt professional, trustworthy and genuinely caring. I’m incredibly grateful I chose InnerCamp for this journey and would highly recommend it to anyone who feels called to explore Breathwork, not just as a practitioner, but as a deeply personal experience of transformation.

authentic humble approach
The authentic humble approach settled me organically into a safe container to explore and heal through holosomatic breathwork with a magnificent group of like minded people each bringing their own unigue energy to share...The energy created within myself through this training was beautifuly powerful expanding my consciousness beyond my expectations. Forever grateful for this experience 🙏

Truly amazing experience!
Truly amazing experience. I have never seen trainers work like this. They were fully present, professional, and focused only on two things: supporting each person and delivering the highest quality of training. Nothing was rushed and nobody was left alone in a difficult moment. The week was intense, with a lot of release, and the facilitators held the room every time. If you are serious about breathwork, as a facilitator or for yourself, this is the place. Thank you Jadon, Annie and Anastasia.
