Every item I have purchased is great quality and the printing is vibrant and exceeds my expectations. The shipping fees are a bit high but the exceptional products and service makes it worth it.

Low-quality company
The customer service definitely needs improvement. Production time is sometimes inaccurate - they fail to ship orders on time. Printed products (specifically Temporary tattoos) look sloppy and unpresentable.

They've been doing a great job overall. While issues can occasionally happen, what matters most is how they handle them, and they've always been willing to work through problems with patience and professionalism. I'm especially grateful to Wendy for all of her support. She has been incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout our communication, and I truly appreciate the effort she puts into helping me. I hope they continue to maintain their product quality and stable shipping times, especially during major sales events. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication!

OvGreat POD Platform with Room for Better Integrationserall
Overall, Inkedjoy is a good print-on-demand platform with quality products and an easy-to-use design system. One feature that would make the platform even better is the ability to connect directly to more ecommerce platforms or to have a built-in Inkedjoy storefront where creators can sell their products directly. A storefront with a simple dropdown or custom domain option would make it much easier to launch products and would help both sellers and Inkedjoy grow. I would also like to see improvements to the product design editor. Better image alignment, scaling, and preview tools would make it easier to fit artwork accurately and reduce the time spent adjusting designs. Overall, I've had a positive experience, and I believe these improvements would make Inkedjoy an even stronger platform for creators.
