I bought this pony to help me hair heal…
I bought this pony to help my hair heal in slick backs as I recover from bleaching my hair. I did this back in 2020 with INH and the quality was great! Something changed and you could see how synthetic it was. Made me feel even more embarrassed at work than my bun does. Kinda felt like I was wearing a clip in from Claire’s. Super bummed because I have bought many ponies from here in the past but never experienced that.

Customer Service is the #1 Flex
Customer Service is probably thier #1 flex! They are fast to reply and very helpful. I've bought over 100 ponies and have an addiction to keep buying more. The only con I have towards thier ponies is that it gets tangled in the 3rd use and loses thier curls or straighten. I've thrown so many away and ive tried all the revival sprays and tricks and nothing works for me. Thank yall for reading 😁

While the 35% community discount made the price appealing, the quality doesn't justify even the discounted cost. As someone with 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, I was disappointed by both products. The Emily clip-on extension is mediocre at best. More problematically, the company's return policy is deceptive: once you open the bag to try the product, it becomes non-returnable. This is unreasonable—customers should be able to try extensions before committing, as is standard practice in physical stores. This feels like a deliberate barrier to returns. The Dove ponytail has a rigid structure that looks unnatural and doesn't bend properly. Combined with the no-returns policy, I essentially wasted my money on products I can't exchange. I'm sharing this review in hopes it helps others avoid the same disappointment. Check the return policy carefully before purchasing.
