Bad customer service and even worse experience
Order is late by 2 months now and the customer service is not even interested in helping me. No explanations, no updates about my package and if with this you are still wondering, no, they haven’t apologized either. I’d suggest staying away from there and the people who wants to sell merch to not collaborate with them, they don’t leave a good impression. Now my son is left without a birthday gift 2 months later, don’t trust them

So I just want to express how grateful I am. I love buying from indiemerch. I’ve been buying from this company for years now, but then I’ve recently had an issue three separate times with a vinyl. I’m not saying that it’s the company’s fault it could be the distributor’s fault I was very frustrated at first . But Travis from Indiemerch is incredible he sorted me out. He reached out to me to fix the issue…. Thank you again, Travis ❤️❤️🩹

No one ever answers the phone
No one ever answers the phone, I tried cancelling they shipped fast on purpose so I can’t cancel. I’ll be refusing package but after reading what others say about long shipping I won’t stand that I will dispute with my CC this isn’t China that we have to wait months for a package. I paid way too much for one t shirt and they shipped before i could cancel they never answer their phone or emails it’s rare. I would avoid this place.

I had a really good experience ordering from this company. The ordering process was straightforward, the website was easy to navigate, and checkout was smooth with clear information about sizing and delivery. The shirt arrived on time and was well packaged, which I appreciated. The quality of the shirt stood out right away. I was amazed at how the store carries many different type of merch from the bands I listen to that I have never been able to find anywhere. I was absolutely ecstatic searching through the site. I added so many things to my wish list that I plan to buy. One thing I especially liked is how transparent the company is about materials, sizing, and shipping updates. That made the whole experience feel reliable and stress-free. Overall, this company is doing a great job delivering quality products with solid customer service. Unbelievable Swag
Hello, I just want to say that I absolutely love my new indiemerch swag! And that there are so many great thing that I could say about indiemerch. Honestly, there just isn't enough time in the day. But I will say this. I was so happy that my package arrived so quickly. And the price! Unbelievable! I took advantage of the Labour Day sale and I couldn't of been happier. Also, the free sticker. Terrific! Who doesn't like free? Well done indiemerch. Well done!
