The worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away
The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. A new person responds to you for every inquiry. Horrifically unorganized. I started an order with them in June to be completed and delivered by August 8. THEY COULDNT GET IT DONE IN A MONTH AND A HALF. Worst experience I have ever had. Horrifically dissapointed with the entire experience. If you want professionalism, quality and timeliness, do everything you can to stay away from imprint now

Beware of who you are buying from and rubbish quality. would be safer buying from TEMU
Had a banner made thinking it was local, how wrong was I, after being charge an international exchange fee the banner arrived and was absolute rubbish, a 2 year old could have sewn better and straighter, plus the print could not be read as it was so faded, (completely different from our artwork)complained and was told I had to return product for a refund, but had to be sent to america, not local, at a cost of over $100.00. Stay well away, this is not a legit aussie company, they send their rubbish from China

TLDR: not impressed
I ordered 5 custom shirts for my father’s birthday party. Not only do the sizes run extremely small (the XL fits like a medium and the M and S shirts are more like children’s clothing than a proper adult size). My main concern is that on 5 shirts (front a back graphics) not a single image is centered or squared up. 10 opportunities to get it right and not a single passable try. Front and back of each shirt is off center and crooked. Aside from that, the sizing of the image is wrong, too high- not what I asked for after 3 proofs trying to get it right. Each time I correcting with an agent I have a different person I’m speaking with at customer service. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company uber any circumstances. I am very disappointed with the quality of printing (it’s like a big iron-on sticker) and the execution of said printing. Save your money and order elsewhere.

CHEAP JUNK FROM CHINA Unfortunately, I didn’t check the online reviews before ordering waterless tattoos for our event. The first red flag was the distorted proofs I received. It was clear that the team handling the files did not understand basic print production requirements. When the tattoos arrived, they were 5 mm smaller than the approved size. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. Despite providing the approved proof and explaining the issue multiple times, they have refused to refund the difference or correct the mistake. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. PLEASE AVOID THE COMPANY
