Review: trying to get me to pay for testing of a brand new hoverboarf
Review: I bought a brand-new iHoverboard H8 Max that arrived completely faulty. The unit has never been ridden. It charged for 5 hours, turned off, and now completely refuses to turn back . The internal power/BMS board is dead out of the box. Instead of honoring basic UK consumer rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015) and providing a pre-paid return label for a replacement, customer support actually told me to take this brand-new, unridden item to an independent electrician! Absolute nonsense customer service trying to dodge their statutory obligations. I have formally requested a pre-paid return label for a replacement or full refund. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating a chargeback via my card issuer and reporting them to Trading Standards. Avoid until they take responsibility for faulty goods.

Faulty Hoverboard - Customer services are comedians!

Beware, with Christmas coming don't let these people take your hard earned money and fill your head with lies and illegally deal with faulty goods. We just wanted a replacement for faulty goods and these jokers have had us take videos to prove it doesn't even switch, now they want US to pay for an electrician rather than meet their legal obligations..... Says a lot about their business model, save your money. Faulty goods and dodgy customers services!

I purchased the Hoverboard on 08 Aug…
I purchased the Hoverboard on 08 Aug which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the hoverboard. It does not stand upright properly and does not move smoothly or function as expected. I emailed the support at ihoverboard.com but they didn't acknowledge nor respond to my email.

Great scooter
Ive recently ruptured my Achilles tendon and was told by the doctor im not allowed to drive. As I didn't want to be house bound all the time while my tendon heals, I decided to buy a scooter so that I could at least nip to the shops or chip round my friends house. I searched online to find a scooter and came across the W5 at ihoverboard. I was a little worried at first because the first thing you do is read the negative reviews, but as they still had a good amount of positive reviews I decided to take the leap. The whole process has been great! The delivery was super quick and came via FedEx . The quality of the scooter is awesome. Very sturdy and easy to use. It does struggle with some inclines, but I was expecting that as its only a 350W motor, overall so far everything has been great!

Good service
Whilst initially disappointed that had to take my scooter for repair myself the fast communication from Nico and refund of my repair charge has left me feeling extremely satisfied with the service provided.
