Great experience with iFixit
The ordering process was easy and I received the part in a reasonable timeframe. I was able to follow the instructions that were available on the iFixit website to repair my device and it now works perfectly. I recommend iFixit for anyone who wants to extend the useful life of products that can be repaired by the owner.

Great selection of parts and good shipping
I needed a controller for an optical disk drive in a 2015 Lenovo laptop that I just loaded Linux onto. Ifixit had the part in stock. It arrived, well-packed, in the 6th business day after I ordered it. I popped the part in and it worked.

The battery did not work in the Dell…
The battery did not work in the Dell laptop. It is not detected as installed in my laptop. I filled out the return for refund form on the website Thursday, August 20, 2026. I received email communication today, 8/25/2026, and iFixit did refund the cost of the battery. I also bought some scissors that work fine. Even though the laptop issue was not resolved, iFixit did everything they could to help.

Ich habe erst den Akku von meinem iPhone mit dem IFIXIT Akku und Fix Kit nach der hervorragenden Anleitung getauscht. Das hat super funktioniert und nun habe ich Mut gefasst, heute bekommt das Macbook die Akku-OP mit dem Akku und Fix Kit für Mac! Ganz tolles Produkt, iPhone läuft wieder ohne Probleme!
