Ich hatte die Happy Birthday Box
Ich hatte die Happy Birthday Box. Das hat leider gar nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten alle richtig gemacht, aber die Box ging nicht . Es half letztendlich nur rohe Gewalt. Es ist leider schon die zweite Box, die nicht funktioniert. Super schade, denn ich finde die Idee einfach toll. Aber leider bleibt es eben nur bei dieser tollen Idee. Kann ich deshalb überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Amazing Products and greate service.
I supported iDventure on Kickstarter, and everything ran incredibly smoothly. The customer service was excellent, and all the products arrived within the promised timeframe. I backed the Pyramid of the Sun. It’s absolutely stunning. I’ve also supported their newer project based on Alice in Wonderland, and I can’t wait to receive it. I needed a small replacement part, and it was sent to me immediately. It’s impressive that they seem to have every tiny piece of those boxes in reserve, just in case someone like me vacuums one into oblivion.:)

I recently purchased idventure's…
I recently purchased idventure's "Pyramid of the Sun" and I'm incredibly impressed. The quality of the construction and the ingenuity of the design are both exceptional. Well done to the idventure team for their fantastic creativity!

Great products. Initially payment went wrong, but was quickly resolved
I placed an order, paid with iDEAL, money was transferred from my bank account, but the order was not succesful. After contacting customer service they said the bank account number my monwy was transferred to was unknown to them. Also, they informed to contact my bank to get back the money (impossible in my experience) and they therewith closed my case. Update: The customer service helped me out eventually, and my money was transferred back to me. Later, I did place my order, but at another webshop. Their products are great and of high quality.
