False Advertising and Broken Refund Promise
Stay away from this company. I ordered a personalized pregnancy keepsake after seeing what appeared to be a beautiful 3D metallic figurine on their website. I paid $60 for the larger size, expecting to receive the premium product shown in their photos. What arrived looked nothing like the advertisement. Instead of a solid 3D figurine, I received a very thin acrylic/plastic cutout with a printed image. The quality was extremely cheap and disappointing, and the product did not match the description or the pictures on the website. I immediately contacted customer service with photos. They admitted the issue and offered me a 50% refund, telling me not to return the item because international shipping would be too expensive. However, they never actually sent the refund they promised. I ended up with a product that was completely different from what was advertised, and the company failed to honor its own promise of compensation. In my experience, this was misleading advertising and extremely poor customer service. I strongly recommend that buyers think carefully before ordering from this website. If you decide to purchase, use a payment method that offers strong buyer protection because you may need it. The company not only failed to deliver the product as advertised, but also failed to honor the refund they promised in writing. I will never purchase from this company again.

If I could give this shop a “0” I…
If I could give this shop a “0” I would. Poor quality - pillow looked nothing like the product on the page. (I was already planning that it would look terrible). Look like something you’d get at one of the state fair game booths. They screwed up one name on it (how do you get “Elaine” from “Kristy”???). They’re sending me a replacement - hopefully at least the names are correct. Don’t waste your time or money.

Website is very misleading
This website is so misleading. They lure you in with beautiful photos of their products. The details are unbelievable on some, but when you get the product in the mail, it’s no where close to what you purchase. I purchased, what I thought, was a beautiful challenge coin for my husband with our names and wedding date, and engraved on it. I submitted a high resolution photo as required. The photo alone looks so bad with no hint of color. It’s so dark we definitely do not look like white people. I wish I could upload photos to show how bad it looks compared to what the product says it should look like.

don't fall for this online shop, it is nothing short of a scam. The items you actually receive is a 2D version of whatever it alleges to sell and is nothing like what is shown on their website. don't bother wasting your time and money on this online shop and if you'd like me, paid for an item (lucky for me i paid via paypal), I managed to get a full refund through paypal by submitting the photos of what purports to be sold to me via their website and what i ended up receiving. this website is nothing short of a scam. the items is not even worth 1/4 of their price and I guess it pisses me off more is that i waited for over 2 weeks for the item to arrive and only to receive a completely different item to what their website shows.

False advertising. Poor quality
The product advertised was nothing like the product supplied. The image shows a high quality 3 dimensional item stitched together with multiple pieces. The product supplied is a cushion about 50mm thick with the image printed on it. It was not even close to what was advertised. Idorashop did reluctantly give 100% refund but unfortunately this has already ruined Mother’s Day for my 5 year old daughter that were so excited to give something really beautiful to mum. This sort of false advertising is unacceptable and even worse when it’s selling special gifts for a loved family member.
