SSDPage to iBrianInc -- Abused by Rich Damaso
As a consumer who began with SSDPage hosting a number of years ago, I have seen the ups and downs of this service. I had a LIFETIME subscription plan with UNLIMITED everything. Then RICH DAMASO decided to change the name and reduce the contract agreement without any knowledge of the website. Hence the birth of iBrain Inc. At the same time, I was a referral agent and had amassed a couple hundred dollars of commission, which Rich canceled the referral program and never paid out the commission due. And when it changed names, he reduced the size of the hosting program causing contracted website to crash due to too much storage. Rich has been the most untrustworth hosting platform that I have been associated with and I have been doing website for over thirty years. He has made direct untruthful statement and has withheld monies due his agents, all the while chasing additional payment to keep your websites active. In fact, with my current web hosting plan (mygenealogy.us) I have paid for service but not had access to the backend for almost a year. Additional I have found out that the front end is having issues and I am FORBIDDEN from accessing the site. I would stay away from RICH and his services if you don't want to be mistreated. My account has been disabled since May 2026 and continue to be disable today, although I do not have any BALANCE DUE - which means Rich took my money but is not providing service.

Hosting iBrain = engaño, estafa, sinvergüenzas
Ahora se llaman iBrain, son unos profesionales del engaño y la estafa. Siempre he tenido problemas con ellos, hasta para pagar. El soporte es lento y malo, la mayoría de las veces no te dan solución y pueden pasar días e incluso semanas sin que se vea tu web o blog. Por si esto fuera poco acaban de suspenderme la cuenta porque "Your website is producing extreme load on our servers. We have therefore suspended your account." No me han justificado su decisión, ni me han dado derecho a réplica. En definitiva, unos auténticos sinvergüenzas y solo les deseo que algún día cierre la empresa.

Unfortunately, all reviews that rated 2 or below are correct. I moved all my other domains to another hosting service. - Your domain wont stay available for long. - Slow support - It is not SDD ( everything is slow as F...! ) - Admin/Dashboard confusing and slow - Big problems with security - Possible Scam Website

iBraininc Not a Viable Web Host
iBraininc suceeded SDDpage as a website host. It has not supplied the product that we paid for since middle of 2023. Numerous efforts to find out why our website isn't available has led to not 1 explanation and our website since July 2023 is still not working or available on the web. The Support Department led by an employee named Nevin, continuously tells me that the problem is being sent to the person who takes care of such situations. Now 7 months is certainly enough time to find out why their product doesn't work for us.. I believe this company is just a SCAM that takes money from the users that need their product. I woiuld suggest not using this company as I've asked for a refund of money spent on their product and have not even got one response as to returning my investment in the website that doesn't work or exist for that matter. Don't waste your money and deal with a reputable company such as WordPress.
